Biography

Rodney B. Davis is managing partner of the Fayetteville office of Parker & Frey, PLLC.  Mr. Davis directs litigation operations.  Mr. Davis is personally involved in every case and insures that each client receives impeccable representation.

Education: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.S. 1985), Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D. 1988). Mr. Davis was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and is a 1981 graduate of Providence Day School.  Mr. Davis went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985 and then received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.  Mr. Davis practiced law in Wake County for five years before moving with his family to Cumberland County in 1993 where he has been ever since.  In addition to holding a license to practice law, Mr. Davis is also a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina.  Mr. Davis is an Arbitrator in the North Carolina General Court of Justice, District Court Division.  Mr. Davis is a former Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the Cumberland County Bar Association and has served on the Methodist University Board of Visitors.
