Fatal incident
Reports indicate that authorities responded to the scene of the incident on a recent Thursday morning. They advised that a construction worker was standing on a truck operating a grapple hook when an excavator tipped over. After arriving at the incident site, emergency responders worked to free him from underneath the machine and transported him to the hospital. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead after arriving at the facility.
